SHIPPING

All orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship within 72 hours (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders as a default receive free Standard Ground Shipping within the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

RETURNS

At Hardwick, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.

Please return unwanted merchandise using the prepaid return label enclosed with your order. Merchandise can be returned for the value of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

For sale items, there will be no return label enclosed, as all sale purchases are final.

BITCOIN PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Bitcoin payments are made during checkout via BitPay®. All refunds are issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate at the time the refund is completed.

Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. Hardwick Clothes is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, typographical errors and other errors regarding price or any other matter.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to these Terms, your visit to the Site, or to any purchase, return or other transaction with Hardwick Clothes shall be submitted to confidential and binding arbitration in Bradley County, Tennessee, U.S.A. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate any Hardwick Clothes Intellectual Property right, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Tennessee. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these forums. Any arbitration under this agreement and these Terms shall be conducted under the prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
